When you’re not dancing, what do you like to do for fun? I love to exercise by running, yoga, strength training, and just being active. I love to read the Bible, journaling, and hanging out with friends. I also love nature and being outdoors. So, if you’re looking to do something outside, count me in!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? In 5 years, I hope to be behind a big name on a big stage traveling the country and the world. Eventually I hope to choreography for big names, and to share my mindset of movement and choreograph to the world on a large platform.
Why are you drawn to dancing and the performing arts? As dancers we are able to express our art form through our emotions, and because of this we can feel things on a deeper level, and even see the world from a different perspective. This allows us to connect with others on a deeper level as well. I think it is really cool to be a part of an amazing community that has this opportunity, and I love that about being a dancer.
What are your plans after graduation? I am planning on attending Loyola Marymount in California where I will be majoring in Sports Journalism and minoring in Dance. My ultimate plan is to move to Los Angeles to get my education, but also to get connected with a talent agency and start auditioning for dance opportunities and being able to start my career in the dance community. I am so excited and can’t wait for the future.
Tell us something unique about yourself that not many people know about you. I have six dogs, I’ve broken my back twice, and I’m obsessed with Zac Efron.
What is your favorite dance memory? My favorite dance memory is at nationals a couple of years ago. Before we performed a very emotional dance, we all sat together in a circle and just thoroughly thought about what the dance really meant, and just cried together.
Who has been the greatest influence in your life? The greatest influences in my life, I would have to say, are my parents. They are always wishing me the best and teaching me things to make me who I am, and a better person.
What gives you inspiration? What gives me inspiration is how the people I love around me are motivated and have set goals for their futures. Also, music is a way I can just let go and think freely.
Tell us something unique about yourself that not many people know about you? I can make a four leafed clover with my tongue.

Who has been the greatest influence in your life? The Masquerade Krewe! Ever since I came to Masquerade, I have loved every Krewe member and everyone who works there!
What are three words that best describe you? Three words that describe me are sassy, nice, and savage!
When you’re not dancing, what do you like to do for fun? When I’m not dancing, I love spending my time with friends and family, hanging out, baking cookies, adventuring outdoors, or playing video games. I’m always down for a good time!
What is your favorite dance style and why? I truly love all dance styles, but my favorite would have to be contemporary. There are so many different emotions, movements, dynamics, and choices that can be made within the style. It is so unique.
What are three words that best describe you, and why? I would describe myself as goofy, empathetic, and committed. I am always laughing and doing things that will try to make my friends laugh. On the other hand, I can be very serious. I always try my best to be there for my friends and listen to them whenever they need anything. And when I want something, I get it. I work hard to achieve my goals.
Why are you drawn to dancing and the performing arts? I think that I am drawn to dancing not only because of the competitive aspect, but because of the different ways you can respect yourself. Growing up I was definitely an introvert, and dance gave me a way to express myself without words.
Tell us something unique about yourself that not many people know about you? I have been swimming with dolphins before in Key West, and I have also been swimming with baby sharks in Disney World.
Who has been the greatest influence in your life? The greatest influence in my life has always been my mom. I believe that my mom can seriously do anything. She has taught me to be independent, and to work hard for everything in life. She inspires me every day, and I’ll always know that she is my number one supporter for whatever I do in life!
What are three words that best describe you, and why? If I had to choose three words to describe me, I would say determination, perfectionist, and perseverance. I would say these words because I am a perfectionist and I will keep working until I reach my goals and dreams, no matter what obstacles life throws at me.
What gives you inspiration? I think what gives me inspiration is being a dance teacher to the younger kids at the studio. Having them look up to me is so inspiring and makes me want to always do better!
